I got lots of communication, and she sent me pictures midway through the project for my approval, before continuing. She went way out of her way to find exactly the right fabrics for my custom commission, which was totally invaluable (otherwise I'd've blindly ordered something MUCH too shaggy). And, the price was very very right to begin with. I would recommend any purchase or commission from someone this attentive.
