Please allow 1-7 days after payment has been received for your order to be processed (Made). Larger items can take up to 14 days. Kittie WILL notify you upon ordering of your promised completion date.

If you're paying by MONEY ORDER, please be sure to let Kittie KNOW when you've SHIPPED the money order out, and specify you'll be paying as such UPON ordering.

US customers get their items shipped via PRIORITY or Regular GROUND post. Please be sure to choose which upon ordering!!

Insurance is optional, however, KSD is NOT responsible for items lost, or damaged in the mail.

Cosplay items are made using Sculpey clay, using NO molds for each item to ensure it's unique value. Cloth items are a combination of Machine, and Hand sewn using a lock stitch.

Please be sure about your order. NO refunds are given for orders not wanted after payment has been made..

Please keep in mind, KSD cannot purchase any fabric that will be more than the item(s) cost. IE: We will NOT purchase $30/yard Fabric for a $10 Plushie, unless we are able to purchase the item to our measurement specifications. This CAN be an issue with MOST internet fabric stores.
